The rules for using Xynq’s website and services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing xynq.io (the “Site”) or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

The Site is operated by xynq ltd (“Xynq”, “we”, “us”). We develop technology and integrity systems for media ecosystems.

3. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, infrastructure, source code, APIs, data, or services;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, scraping tools, denial-of-service activity, or harmful traffic;
  • upload unlawful, harmful, confidential, infringing, sensitive, or personal data unless specifically authorised;
  • use the Site or services to violate privacy, intellectual property, security, export control, sanctions, or other applicable laws;
  • interfere with monitoring, logging, security, abuse prevention, or operational controls; or
  • reverse engineer or copy non-public source code.

4. Security and Incident Reporting

If you identify a security weakness, vulnerability, suspected incident, misuse of the Site, or unauthorised access affecting Xynq, please report it promptly to hq@xynq.io.

You must not exploit, disrupt, access, modify, copy, damage, or exfiltrate data, systems, accounts, or services without authorisation.

5. AI-enabled Features and Integrity Systems

Some Xynq services may involve automated analysis, AI-enabled tooling, authenticity checks, metadata analysis, similarity analysis, synthetic media analysis, or integrity-related workflows.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, data, files, or materials you provide to Xynq are lawful, accurate, authorised, and do not infringe third-party rights. You must not submit personal data, confidential data, special category data, or regulated data unless agreed with Xynq in writing.

6. Data Processing Terms

Where Xynq processes personal data on behalf of a customer as a processor, the processing will be governed by a separate data processing agreement or other written terms agreed between Xynq and the customer. These website Terms do not override any separate written agreement.

7. Subscriptions and Emails

If you subscribe to updates, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us at hq@xynq.io.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, brand elements, text, graphics, and software are owned by xynq ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xynq and its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Site.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we may provide notice by updating the “Last updated” date, posting a notice on the Site, or contacting users where appropriate.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except as required by applicable law.
